The luggage space varies across different types of vehicles. The amount of luggage permitted on a certain vehicle is mentioned during the booking process both online and over the phone. We have a range of vehicles to choose from so you can select a larger vehicle such as an MPV if you have a large amount of luggage.
No, as its not mandatory in the minicabs. However, should you require one do let us know in the booking form and we will try our best but its not guranteed.
Most airlines will allow you to use your own child seat on board their aircraft

As is the case with pushchairs, child car seats are classed by airlines as essential extras, so If the airline will not let you use your child seat during the flight, they will generally allow it to be carried in the hold with no extra charge.

There is no extra charges if your flight is early or delayed as we continuously monitor the status of your flight and work on the basis of confirmed arrival times.

Please note that failure to get in touch within 24 hours of flight cancellation will result in no refund.
Your driver will meet you in the arrival hall with your name board. If you do not opt for meet and greet service, then please contact your driver on the number provided and coordinate a meeting point with the driver. Call our 24hr support line on +44 (0) 20 33 22 77 23, quoting your transfer reference number or your name and our experienced staff will be able to assist.
Contact us as soon as possible on +44 (0) 20 33 22 77 23. We will arrange your transfer for a new date/time free of charge as long as the driver has not been dispatched. If you fail to inform us, this will result in full charge.
